This is my nephew, William. I got to see him while I was in CA this weekend. Incredibly handsome guy...and these are his teeth. Gold with diamonds and rubies. He let me rant for about 5 minutes before he popped them out and told me they were removable.
I love my nephew. But (Us) parents will NEVER understand!

Those are called "grills" (boy, see how 'with-it' I am LOL). Actually a friend of my daughter's in Toronto has some. His are removable too. Teeth jewelry. Your nephew's are actually quite nice....I've seen some that are just too-too blingy (for the teeth anyway).
When did William grow up to be a man?! Dang these kids are getting old *hee hee*.
