President Barak Obama turns 49 years old today!
I LOVE this President! This office is NOT easy. I love this President, not because he is perfect, but because he has the wherewithall to stand up in the midst of adversity and do the thing (based on the intelligence that is available to him) that he believes is right for this country and the integrity to stand behind it!

I love our President too. I was always in wonderment about how on earth my mom could feel so strongly about President Kennedy. I certainly entertained no such feelings about any president in my adult life, Democrat or otherwise.
When Obama was elected, I cried. I know now how my mom felt about her President.
I hope he had a wonderful, stress free birthday! From up here in Canada, I think (as do many Canadians) that Barack Obama is one of the best presidents you have had. It is so unfortunate that so many US citizens seem to think that
he would come into office and immediately fix up the huge messes of the previous administration. I'm so hoping that he is given a fair chance.
