I am always sad to see the year has scurried away so quickly. I plan to spend this day considering how I would spend the time or what would I say if......it was the last time I would talk to the ones I love...
...it was the last time I would see the ones I love...
...it was the last time I would write a blog...
I am making a commitment to keep that perspective in 2009 and make sure that the new year fly away before I have a chance to say what is in my heart.
I have so much to be thankful for and so much hope for the new year. I am filled with pride to see in my lifetime not just an African American President, but to see "America" electing a person with honesty, integrity AND the intellect to lead this nation. I will be praying with boldness for his success!
